Kammrin was truly amazing. She made this process so easy and smooth despite some hiccups. She kept us informed, listened to our wants and needs and found us the perfect home. I will recommend her to anyone that moves to the area and I’m so thankful for everything she has done for us! If your looking for a realtor who cares, listens and will do anything to get the house you want and make it a smooth process, she’s your girl!!!

Destiney was an incredible help in finding my first home. Going into the process, I needed guidance due to my inexperience in purchasing. Destiney helped me narrow down what I actually wanted, took my feedback into consideration, and was very knowledgeable with local construction practices and home infrastructure (heating and AC units, water softeners, fire places and differences in foundation). She showed me what to look out for and explained common issues with homes that I should look out for. At the time I was looking, homes were going very quickly and it was necessary to do viewings as quickly as possible - often the same day homes were listed. Destiney worked quickly to schedule viewings and do walk throughs. The homes she found for me to look at were always what I was interested in, and during the process she was always patient, informative, and made my satisfaction in the home the primary concern. When it came time to make an offer on a home I loved, she gave excellent advice and helped make aggressive offer. She always did an excellent job coordinating with sellers. Thanks to her, I got the exact home I wanted at the end of the experience. When it comes time to sell and buy a new home, I'll be going through Destiney again.

Knowe is phenomenal. I could not imagine finding a better agent. We were looking to buy a home in Fort Wayne, while still living in Texas. So having the real estate agent who knows the area was important. Knowe knew the lay of the land, and his knowledge of the neighborhood made us feel like we were walking through this process with someone who had our best interests at heart.
From finding potential properties to helping us negotiate an ideal contract, he was always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. I highly recommend Knowe to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate agent. He is quite knowledgeable, is reliable, and is wonderful at his job.

Francesca is so awesome. She was very patient with us in finding the perfect house. We were relocating to Ft. Wayne and she went beyond the normal agent.
She did our walk through for closing. She personally resolved an issue with the appraisal. She has arranged lawn care until we arrive in Indiana, along with working with our handyman for updates on the house prior to us getting home.
We would have never expected such a amazing realtor.
